Jose Feria
José Feria's roots run deep in Western North Carolina. A lifelong resident of the mountains, he attended Highlands School from kindergarten through twelfth grade, an upbringing that gave him an intimate understanding of this close-knit community and the people who call it home.
Before real estate, José served as an infantryman in the United States Marine Corps, where he learned the discipline, perseverance, and teamwork that now define how he serves his clients. He brings that same rigor to every negotiation, guiding buyers and sellers through even the most complex transactions with precision and care.
After earning his degree from the University of North Carolina, José found his true calling: helping people achieve their dreams. His ability to untangle complex problems, communicate clear solutions, and drive toward win-win outcomes led him naturally into real estate.
Today, José combines big-picture thinking, calm composure, and sharp attention to detail to help clients find the property that's truly right for them.
When he's not working, José cherishes time with family, hiking these mountains with his German Shepherd Remy, and enjoying a round of golf on the region's stunning courses.
